Improved Assessment Summary for Course Reports

Course Reports previously contained only Assessment Results and how many questions were answered correctly. The options chosen by Learners is now added to the Question Info tab in the Course report. 

For Administrators

Download a course report and open the spreadsheet to pull up the 3rd Tab which is "Question Info". Both (1) Assessment Answer and (2) Result can be viewed from here for all the assessments.mceclip1.png

 

For Managers

Managers can also download the improved course report to see the Assessment Responses of their Team members. The steps remain the same as that of an Administrator. Download a course report and open the spreadsheet to pull up the 3rd Tab which is "Question Info". Both (1) Assessment Answer and (2) Result can be viewed from here for all the assessments.mceclip1.png

 

For Learners

Learners cannot access Course Report so this functionality is NOT available for them.
