Where can I upload User documents/files

Where can I upload User documents/files

Learn LMS will now allow every user to upload following files types:

  • documents (Doc/Docx/PDF)
  • Images (JPG/PNG)
  • Video (mp4, avi, mpg, wmv, mov, m4v)

For Administrators

Admins can upload necessary files/documents to any user profile in the LMS (Primary Admin/Admin/Manager/Learner) can also view files uploaded by any users in the LMS.

  1. Log in to Learn LMS and go to People tab
  2. Go to individuals tab
  3. Hover over a specific user profile and click "View Profile"mceclip0.png
  4. Go to "Files" in User Profilemceclip1.png
  5. Drag and drop necessary files or click "Browse" to select a file from your computermceclip3.png

For Managers

Managers can upload files/documents to their profile and can also view files uploaded by their team members.

  1. Log in to Learn LMS and go to People tab
  2. Click initials in the top right corner and click "Switch to Learner's View"mceclip4.png
  3. Click initials in the top right corner
  4. Click "Settings"mceclip5.png
  5. Go to "My Files" on the left
  6. Drag and drop necessary files or click "Browse" to select a file from your computermceclip6.png

For Learners

Learners can upload necessary files/documents to their own profile.

  3. Go to "My Files" on the left
