Description: This article will give a high-level overview of the courses section. It provides admins and managers with the tools to manage course content, track learner progress, and ensure courses align with training objectives.

1. When on the Courses section of the LMS, you will be able to view:
ALL – View all courses, regardless of their status (published, draft, or archived).
PUBLISHED – View courses that are live and accessible to learners.
DRAFTS – View courses that are still being worked on and not yet published.
ARCHIVED – View courses that are no longer active but have been saved for records.
2. On the far right of the page, click the Funnel Icon beneath the notification bell to access filtering options. From there, you can filter courses by Category, Rating, Creator, and other criteria. Additionally, you can sort by different options such as Last Updated, Duration, Date Created, etc.
3. Once a course is selected, you will see the course details, lessons, enrollments, attachments, assessments, certificates, insights, and forums.
4. The Details section provides a course description, which can be edited at any time. You can also add categories and update the banner image.
5. In the Lessons section, you can add, edit, or delete lessons as needed. 6. The Enrollments section will display who has enrolled, either individually or by team. The Enrollments section lets you manage all users enrolled in the course, whether they were assigned or self-enrolled. You can view key details, including each user’s enrollment status, Enrollment Date, and Completion Date, and organize them by individual or team. From this section, you can perform various actions, such as removing users, reassigning them to different courses or teams, sending reminders, and manually marking completions or failures when necessary. This is also where you can assign new users to the course. 7. In the Attachments section, you can view, upload or download files (PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, videos, etc.) as needed. 8. The Assessments section allows you to view, edit, or delete questions as needed.
9. In the Certificates section, you can create a new certificate for the course or view existing ones.
10. The Insights section provides you with a detailed overview of learners progress within a course and allows you to export reports.
