This section will give a high-level overview of the courses section.
Note: This view is exclusive to admins.
When on the Courses section of the LMS you will be able to view
The ALL section would cover every course that was published, drafted, or archived.PUBLISHED would be the ready courses.DRAFTS would be the courses that are still being worked on.ARCHIVED would be the courses that are no longer active but are being stored.
Now at the very right of the page if you click the funnel icon under the notification bell you will have filtering options where you can find courses by category or by who it was created by and other options as well. You can even sort by different options such as Last updated, by Duration by Date created etc.
Now once you select a course you will see all basic details, lessons, enrollments, attachments, assessments, certificates, insights, and summary.
The details section will cover the description of the course and it can always be edited. You can add categories and you can replace the banner as well.
Now for the Lessons section, you can choose to add lessons if needed as well as delete or edit.
Enrollments will show you who has enrolled individually or by the team. ATTACHMENTS you can view or upload your files(PDF, POWERPOINTS, VIDEOS, ETC) in this section if needed.ASSESSMENTS is where you can view, edit or delete questions at any time.CERTIFICATES here you can add or create a certificate for this course or simply view the created ones already.INSIGHTS will show you the interactions on the course and will allow you to export a report as well.
And SUMMARY will allow you to see who’s been assigned, enrolled, in progress, completed, overdue and certified.
In course settings you will be able to see different options to edit the course which includes the expiration date, setting up reassignments, the course validity, sending reminders, accessibility, and enabling public web links.
Now to create a course you would click on the red plus symbol on the bottom right of the course section page. It would lead you to this section.
Now here is where you have the option of doing a quick course creation or an advanced course creation using authoring tools as well as importing a course(AICC/SCORM FILES) and browsing through different off the shelf content(GO1/OPEN SESAME) to implement.
To see the final evaluations. You would just click Submissions at the bottom of Course Features.
It will bring you to this page where you can view pending evaluations or completed ones.
