Course/Path Reassignment: When a user is reassigned to the same Course/Path after a specific period defined by an Admin, it is referred to as “Course/Path Reassignment.” This feature is especially useful for the trainings that require periodic relearning such as safety, compliance, or OSHA-related training. It ensures learners revisit and complete essential content at regular intervals, based on organizational or regulatory requirements.

Step by Step Guide: You may refer to the screenshots below for a step by step  guide on how to set the auto - reassignments.

Step 1: Navigate to the Courses Section Go to the ‘Trainings’ tab from the main navigation menu and click on ‘Courses’. This will open the list of all existing courses available in your LMS.

Step 2: Open Course Settings Click on the course you wish to auto reassign to users. This will take you to the Course Detail page. From there, click on the Course Settings icon to access the configuration options for that course.




Step 3: Enable Course Reassignment Within the Course Settings, locate the Reassignment option. Enable it, then set the interval to define how often the course should be reassigned (Example 1, 3, 8, 12, 18, or 24 months). This ensures the course is automatically reassigned to all enrolled users based on the selected timeframe.

Note: Reassignment happens automatically after the chosen interval from the date a user was first assigned the course. All enrolled users will be reassigned regardless of their current course status.
