You can now integrate your Razorpay account with Learn LMS to manage your E-commerce module.

For Primary Admin

How to set up Razorpay

  1. Log in to your LMS account as Primary Admin and go to Settings by clicking your avatar (name) on the top right corner.
  2. Scroll down and click E-Commerce from the menu on the left.
  3. Under Payment Configuration, Click on Razorpay and enter Razorpay Key ID and Razorpay Key Secret. Refer to this article for more information on generating API keys for your Razorpay account.
  4. After entering Key ID and Key Secret, Check Terms and Conditions and Select the currency from the currency dropdown list: Indian Rupee or United States Dollar.
  5. Note: If there are any paid trainings available in Learn LMS, Primary Admin won’t be able to change the currency.
  6. Click on Connect
  7. Under Payment Configuration, you will now see a checkmark against Razorpay which means that you have successfully configured Razorpay on Learn LMS.

How to change your Razorpay account?

Changing the Razorpay account configured to your E-commerce module is very simple.

  1. Go to the E-commerce module under Settings and click the three dots against Razorpay and select "Edit”
  2. Update the Razorpay Key ID and Razorpay Key Secret of your Razorpay account
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click on "Connect"



For Administrator

Admins cannot configure Razorpay in Learn LMS.

 

For Manager

Admins cannot configure Razorpay in Learn LMS.

 

For Learner

Admins cannot configure Razorpay in Learn LMS.
