For Primary Administrator

In this article you will learn how to set profile access privileges for Users (Learners and Managers) within your Auzmor Learn account.

1. Click your Profile picture / initials.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click User Profile Access.
   
   1. View Access - ability to view one's own Auzmor learn profile.
   2. Edit Access - ability to make changes to one's own profile, can be enabled only if View access is provided
   3. Leaving a box checked would give the user the respective access(View/Edit) for the profile.

Eg. In this instance, Learners can view their own profile but cannot edit their information. Managers can both View and Edit their profile.

1. A profile without View Access.
2. Profile with View Access.
3. Profile with both View and Edit Access.

For Administrators

An Administrator cannot set Profile Access privileges for the users like the Primary administrator. However, they would be able to Edit and View Profiles details of all Learners and Managers within the Auzmor Learn account.

For Managers

A Manager cannot set Profile Access privileges for any user within Auzmor learn even if they are a part of their team.

For Learners

A Learner cannot set Profile Access privileges for any user within Auzmor learn.
