List view for People section

For Administrators

Entities in People section can also be viewed in List format.

  1. Go over to the Courses Tab.
  2. Click the “Four Squares” icon
  3. Select “list” from the drop down.
  4. The new View settings will change the display for both Individuals and Teams
  5. Grid and List view can now be sorted in three ways (First Name, Last Name and Added date.

For Manager

Entities in People section can also be viewed in List format.

  1. Go over to the Courses Tab.
  2. Click the “Four Squares” icon
  3. Select “list” from the drop down.
  4. The new View settings will change the display for both Individuals and Teams
  5. Grid and List view can now be sorted in three ways (First Name, Last Name and Added date.
  6. The new List view icons for courses are not available to a manager as they cannot Archive or Delete a Course.

For Learners

A learner cannot access the People section.
