Step-by-Step Guide: Below are the prerequisites that outline the essential requirements for engaging in the mentorship program. These standards are consistent across all mentorship programs.
  1. Schedule a Meeting: The mentee will schedule a meeting with the assigned mentor to discuss the goals, as these may vary based on preset criteria and differ from mentee to mentee.
  2. Add Goals: The mentee will add goals and send them for mentor approval.
  3. Self Review: Mentee with do the self review on the mutually agreed goals.
  4. Add Nominees (3 Nominees): Mentees will add three nominees who will assess their performance on the set goals before and after the completion of the program.
  5. Pre Program Feedback: The respective nominees will provide pre and post-program feedback by rating the mentees on each established goal.

    Note: The prerequisites will only be visible if the goals in the mentorship program are enabled while creating a program. If the goals are disabled, only a kick-off meeting needs to be scheduled by the mentee.
