Step by Step Guide: You may refer to the screenshots below for a step by step guide on how to set up resources in Auzmor learn.
Step 1: Login to the LMS then go to Company
Step 2: Click on Resources.
Step 3: Click on the ‘+’ button to add a new Resource.
Step 4: Add Resource Details
URL: Enter the external link you want users to access when they click the resource.
Label: Add a clear name for the resource so users can easily identify it.
Short Description: Provide a brief description explaining what the resource is used for.
Upload Icon: Upload an icon to visually represent the resource and make it easier to recognize and then click on Save.
Audience: Resources can either be assigned to Everyone or it will be visible to the selected audience [Roles & Teams]. You can update the audience for this resource at any time.
Note: If you select Teams & Roles, you can edit the audience settings.
Category: Choose a category for the resource if needed.
