Roles: Admin, Managers & Learners
Description: In this article, you’ll learn where to find course completion certificates in Auzmor Learn. Whether you're an Admin, Manager, or Learner, the LMS allows you to view certificates earned from completed Courses, Paths, and Events.
Note: Certificates section in the LMS has gone through a minor change to accommodate External Certificates.
Benefits:
Centralized Certificate Access: All earned certificates are stored in one place under the user profile or learner settings.
Supports Internal & External Records: Easily distinguish between certificates earned within the LMS and those added externally.
Simplifies Record Keeping: Helps users and admins maintain training compliance and track learning achievements.
Admins can view certificates (Internal/External) earned by all users in the LMS.
Here are the Steps:
Log in to Auzmor Learn and go to the People tab.
Hover over a user’s profile and click View Profile.
Go to the Certificates section inside the user profile.
Certificates earned from Courses, Paths, and Events will be listed under the Internal tab, and any uploaded certificates will appear under External Records.
Note: To access your own certificates, switch to Learner View and follow the instructions in the For Learners section.
Managers can view certificates (Internal/External) earned by users in their team.
Steps:
Log in to Auzmor Learn and go to the People tab.
Hover over a team member’s profile and click View Profile.
Go to the Certificates section inside the user profile.
Certificates earned from Courses, Paths, and Events will be listed under the Internal tab, and any uploaded certificates will appear under External Records.
Note: To access your own certificates, switch to Learner View and follow the instructions in the For Learners section.
