Accessing Observational Checklist as a 'Viewer'

Roles: Everyone

Description:  In this article, you will learn how to access observational checklists as a Viewer in Auzmor Learn. As a Viewer, you have read-only access. This means you can monitor checklist progress, review responses, and track activity but cannot edit or complete the checklist.

  • Transparency: Monitor the progress of all assigned users.

  • Collaboration: Add comments and stay informed on updates.

  • Clarity: Understand the reviewer feedback provided to assignees.

Step by Step Guide:  You may refer to the screenshots below for a step by step guide on how to access observational checklists as a Viewer.

From the Learner View

Step 1: Click on Tasks in the top navigation bar.


Step 2: On your Tasks page, go to the Viewing tab.

Step 3: Observational checklists are marked with an orange icon. Select the checklist to view assigned users and their progress.


From the Admin or Manager View

Step 1: Click on Tasks in the top navigation bar.



Step 2: Go to the My Tasks tab.



Step 3: Select the Viewing tab to see all checklists where you are added as a Viewer.


Step 4: Expand a checklist to see the list of assignees and their statuses.



Viewer Privileges

As a Viewer, you can:

  • View Checklist & Subtasks: Access the checklist and all related subtasks in a read-only format.

  • View Assigned Users & Progress: Expand the checklist to see each assignee’s progress and completion status.

  • Access Task Pages: Click View Task to open an assignee’s checklist page, including their responses and updates.

  • View Subtask Details: Drill down into subtasks to review their details.

  • Comments & Activity Tracking: Add comments and track activity in the comments and activity section on the left.

Note: Viewers cannot edit or complete checklists.
