Accessing Observational Checklist as an 'Assignee'

Roles: Everyone

Description: This article explains how assignees can access their Observational Checklists in Auzmor Learn. As an assignee, you can review feedback from reviewers, monitor the status of subtasks, and track progress to support your learning and development.

  • Progress Tracking: Enables assignees to monitor completion status and see feedback in one place.

  • Active Engagement: Allows assignees to view comments, activity, and updates related to their checklists.

From the Learner View

Step 1: Click Tasks in the top navigation bar.



Step 2: You’ll be taken to your Tasks page, where the Assigned tab is set as the default.



Step 3: Use the Assigned tab to locate and review your checklists.




Note: Observational checklists are marked with an orange icon. Tasks without the icon are regular tasks.

From the Manager or Admin View

Step 1: Click Tasks in the top navigation bar.



Step 2: Go to the My Tasks tab.



Step 3: Select the Assigned tab to see the checklists assigned to you and their statuses.

Privileges of Assignees

When an observational checklist is assigned to you, you can:

  • To Do & Date: See the assigned date, due date, and status of the checklist.

  • Reviewers: Identify the reviewers responsible for completing the checklist and providing feedback.

  • Viewers: See users with read-only access.

  • Subtasks: Monitor the completion status of subtasks associated with the checklist.

  • Comments & Activity: View and add comments related to the checklist and subtasks.




Note: Ability to create or edit subtasks depends on admin configuration.
