What Tasks Can Users Edit?
Tasks created by an Admin and assigned to others: Only the Admin who created the task can edit it.
Tasks created by a Manager and assigned to their team members: Only the Manager who created the task can edit it.
Tasks created by a user and assigned to themselves: Only that user can edit their own tasks.

Impact of Editing Tasks Created for Others (Admin/Manager)
When Admins or Managers edit a task they created, they can edit all content and configuration. The effect on assignments is as follows:
Future assignments: Always show the most updated version of the task.
Current assignments: Depend on task progress at the time of edit.
To-Do: Assignees will see the updated version.
In Progress, In Review, or Completed: Assignees will continue to see the version they started with.
Reset assignments: Once reset, the latest version of the task will be applied.
Impact of Editing Tasks Created for Yourself (Learner)
When Learners edit a task they created for themselves:
They can edit all content and configuration.
All changes are applied immediately and reflected in their task view.
