How to set recipients for a Scheduled Report
Recipients can be added for Scheduled Reports by the Admin. This option will help Admins to enable managers to receive relevant reports at their required time interval instead of them (Admin/Manager) manually exporting them every time.
For Administrators
- Go to Edit Schedule Page of a Report
- Set desired Schedule if required
- Under "Email to" type the name of the User(s)/Manager(s) who need to be added as recipient(s)
- Click Start Schedule, if no Schedule is set Skip this step
- Click "Save"
Note that is a Schedule is not set for a Report, the Admin would need to manually Run the Report for it to be forwarded to its respective recipients.
For Managers
Managers can also generate scheduled reports for different entities ( User / Teams / Course/ Path / Events / Organization) for his/her team members. An Admin can also make Manager(s) as the recipient for any scheduled report which is active.
Follow instructions given in "For Administrators"
For Learners
Learners cannot configure Scheduled reports. An Admin/Manager can make learner(s) as the recipient for any Scheduled report which is active.
